Handling time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Carrier & service
We ship with USPS / UPS / DHL depending on destination and weight.

Transit time (after dispatch)
5–10 business days for most US addresses. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates (US)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders $99+ (before tax/discounts)

• Flat $15 shipping on orders below $99

Charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order & tracking
You’ll receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Delays & force majeure
We aren’t liable for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs/security inspections, or peak-season demand. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession.

Undeliverable/returns to sender
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or not being claimed, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Repeatedly undeliverable orders may be cancelled and refunded.
