Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) following order confirmation and payment authorization.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please ensure that all billing and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reputable shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, DHL, and authorized local couriers for last-mile delivery.

  • Standard Delivery (5–10 business days): Estimated delivery time for most U.S. locations.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, and external factors.
  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $99 (before taxes and discounts).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A $15 shipping fee applies to orders under $49.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier has picked up the package.

Delays, Risk of Loss & Force Majeure

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  1. Carrier or logistics delays
  2. Severe weather conditions
  3. Customs or security inspections
  • Peak seasonal demand

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that are repeatedly undeliverable.
